Omens of War
The Paladins of Norrath Message Board had many paladins working to complete this epic (1.5) and still are working to make 2.0 happen. This is a great community of people working together through trial & error to figure out what happens where.
The link I am sharing is a quick checklist posted on the boards that lists the steps, but not a lot of the text involved to get this epic 1.5 complete. This link is NOT my posting. It was posted by RAGAROTH .

having the pally epic as a 1hs would be awful. You get higher average dps, lower ripostes, and massive slay undead crits with a 2h. Shield block is great and all, but I'll go with a 2h any day of the week.
Ahh yeah but having the OPTION is what would be nice. If I am main tanking I will be using a shield and 1hander. Which means the epic will get bagged, With the option of either 1 or 2hands then I could switch it to 1hand for Main tanking and still get all of the benefits (yes a damage reduction would be in order). Yeah you will get less riposts with a 2 hander but as it is I only use a 2 hander when I am offtank, and when that happens I am on the side of the mob so I am not taking riposts anyway the MT is.
I would have really prefered something like a Epic 1hander and shield that can be turned into a 2handsword like the old warrior epic.

Ok VERY nice stats on it and I like the focus effects.
Now With the new shield AA this should REALLY be switchable between 1 and 2 hand. I personally would rather have a 1 hand weapon anyway.

i'm a little confused on the clicky effect of this, i know it adds a proc but will it also make you do damage to PCs when you try to heal them or does the affect your target or something? anyone have any information on this pls let me know

well it seems pretty obvious to me... it enhances your healing spells when cast on PC's and adds a proc to your attack against NPC's and PC's if your doing pvp

Actually it seems to me like maybe the "r" in the second your is not supposed to be there.. that would make it a self buff that gives you a proc and raises the amount you are healed by a spell that heals you. so a cleric with no foci or aa casts a flat 2k heal on you. it heals you for 2400. look at the spell data.

Actually, the focus effect currently adds 120% healing effectively instead of setting the healing effectiveness to 120% (it ends up being set to 220%.)

This seems to be accurate. My Cleric has all of her Healing AAs through OoW, and a 45% Healing FE. A cast of Pious Remedy, a 1990 HP base heal @1.8sec, critted for over 15.5K HP with my heal, as well as a subsequent fellow cleric's heal after our Pally clickied his Redemption. Normally, her best Pious Remedy crit is in the low 7K area, so this makes sense. Gonna try Pious Light and Word of Redemption to see what they crit for tonight. =)
