When the zone is temporarily boosted to level 100 this does not spawn. However, I petitioned it and a GM was nice enough to put it in my inventory.
I saw some posts on other sites saying GMs told them to wait so I can't promise you'll get the same response, but it's worth a shot :)
Oh and one other thing...none of the mobs in the revamped version see invis up to that area, so you can safely run in and grab it.

loc 17 408 next to monasleym in MM grave yard just got mine

I'm working on my 1.5 pally epic and I've checked both spots for this item...no dice. Anyone know where it spawns for sure and can give a /loc?

Followup: Is spawning in Castle Mistmore. Head to the graveyard and go to the right side of the building in the graveyard. Drop should be there.

It definitely spawns in L Fay outside the crypt ldon entrance, helped a paladin guildie find it today. It is not in the GY in MM anymore.

Oh yes it is, since the October 2005 patches. It back to dropping in Mistmoore Castle.
I can also confirm it now drops in mistmoore. Got it while waiting in the graveyard.

Exact loc is meg 877 pos 3754 in the south west corner near the crypt entrance for Ldon.

If your facing the crypt in the graveyard, it spawns in the right side. Looks like a little bag on the ground
