For those of you that are returning players and finishing your 2.0's DO NOT destroy this item. I am not saying it will be used in the future, however, according to developer's corner, new aspects of EPIC's are on the horizon. Better to play it safe than sorry.

Used just for the Necro 1.5 epic. It tells some of the NPc's they can talk to you.

Toss it after you get your epic.
