Smith this with Discordant Scoriae and an empty vial in a forge to create a Black Gold inlay, which is then used with the attunable augments that are dropping in OOW to make them better.

Combine the Black Gold Inlay with the augments that you have already alchemied up to make an even better item.

For instance a Howlite Augment that has been alchemied to be a Radiant Howlite of minor Haste, can be combined in your medicine bag with the Black Gold inlay to make a Radiant Howlite of Pure haste:
