I have this item on my main. The attack has been changed to haste as of the patch earlier this week. Unfortunately, I would have rather had the attack, since I already have a haste item.

Because of Vengence, no Item has ever given a number of raw atk that isn't divisible by 5. Vengence 1 = 5 atk. Vengence 2 = 10 atk and so on. The number 36 makes me think that this is actually supposed to be a haste item, considering 36% haste is the highest any tradeable haste item can be.

Being as we now have raw numbers rather than vengeance categories I expect to see a lot more items with "unusual" numbers for attack. Also with OoW I expect we will probably see some equally "unusual" numbers for haste. Thoughts?
