I beleive you mean Droon and Proon, as there are no Froon and Choon in West Karana. Also, I lotted the eye off of Droon just 20 minutes ago.

No he was correct. Froon and Choon are in West Karana as of today (July 28,2006). Got the rune from Froon.

I found the Rune of the one Eye on Froon and Choon in West Karana....They are light blue to me at Lv 45 and i am able to Kite both of them without going 00m
