There was a hiccup in the Item Collector code after yesterday's patch. The incorrect stats on Lucy will sort themselves out over time. This one has already re-uploaded.
was hanging in the baz putting trader up when i decided to see if there was any rings for an upgrade to my coral ring and i see this ring with 100 hp for 10k so i checked it out. i ran right to the lady's vendor bought it and put that succor on. guild then told me i coulda sold it for hella more. and lady was upset she didnt think it was that expensive but hey all in all im a lucky lvl 58 shaman :P
At lvl 30, a wizard need not worry of regeneration. Should be looking more into FT. Mana is absolutely the only thing a wizard must have in order to be effective. Even naked, a wizard can still dish out 4k nukes with 8k crits. Let us just say that there are a few things out there that look much better for the wizard on the fingers slot that can be purchased.
As Glacier says, there is no need to put mana regen on just because it's a caster item. Most people in the higher end of the game have their mana regen capped so it would be useless anyway and a bit of extra regen is always welcome.
Yeah, my Necro won one last night: you can't get enough regen to completely compensate for high-level Lich spells, but more is always useful... it's easy to recover health with lifetap DoTs but they're much less efficient at doing damage than other DoTs.
You are incorrect, sir. It is quite possible to outregen even the level 70 lich:
Base regen w/max AA's (non-iksar): 34 Cap on Worn regen: 45
Total innate regen: 79
70 lich, neg 85 regen, however - just get an item with this effect: .
Total standing regen 84 (87 while sitting) for non-iksars. Iksars can beat it standing.
BTW, if using magelo to compute regen, you will come up short. It only displays added regen from gear and aa, not innate, level based regen.
I know 34 base is correct at level 70 w/maxed regen aa, because I currently have regen 29 and I break even with SoS while standing (neg 63/tick) unbuffed other than lich itself.
