Where could i get that discipline ?

When I first posted about this disc I think it was working differently than it is now. Its just the opposite now which is much more useful.
You can use the new disc on a mob and pull one right next to it without the disced mob adding. However, since the new disc doesn't act as a lull, if you get within agro range of the disced mob it will add. So you have to be careful when pulling a nearby mob after using Phantom Cry because if you get too close you'll get both of them.

Unlike the previous lulls in the Phantom line, this disc only reduces the reaction radius. Useful for squeezing by a mob when traveling uninvised without agro up to level 70 I suppose. However, without the frenzy radius reduction that our previous lulls had, this will not be as useful for pulling as our pre-OoW discs.
I'm hoping it was just a mistake that the frenzy radius reduction was left out. Otherwise, I don't think this disc will get much use unfortunately.
