it's for chanty epic 2.0 (not 1.5)
I've been in Riwwi a lot, killing the converted laborers and twisted stone servants. Today was the first time I've ever seen this drop. I wouldn't say it is common, but not neccesarily ultra rare.
**EDIT** ok, just saw another, lol. so i am guessing this is a new lewt :)
