Got this twice clearing the Blightfire Moors griffon ridge from 'a ridge griffon'.
Zero merchant sell value, recommend destroying.

Added, thanks! It seems to be a very rare drop though, I cleaned the ridge numerous times thanks to the very fast respawn and I have yet to see one drop.

This is a GM item, so it was probably seeded on that mob by a GM for an event. It probably is not in the loot table for that mob.
