I keep one in my EE bag. Why? Its fast and does decent damage to runners and helps kill faster when your just WD and letting mobs hit you. And it has lots of manna to top out your high end when u are FM. Ok now prophecy scroll, i keep one of those in my bag too for when i am grouped with tanks and dont plan on swinging. Ok purified cystal scimitar, i keep one of those in my bags for when i want some resists. Obviously i dont have epic or i wouldnt log a purified crystal scim around. When u really think of it, if your going up against caster mobs and ur holding a prophecy scroll, your really a suk druid, your not doing crap to help interrupt the mob just chaining your low stun spell thats always resisted. So the prophecy scroll really is kinda useless the more i think about it, i may just delete it from my inventory.

Your job as a druid isnt really to interrupt casting. High level casting mobs could care less about a druid hitting it for 18 damage 1 out of 7 swings.

The Dark Ember has quite a list of bonuses, 5 wisdom, 20 mana, 20 hitpoints, 2 strength, 7 resistance to fire and it procs Burn.
I wonder if I could get the point of view of someone who has played the game several times as to whether it is worthwhile to replace all that to get the Tunarian Scimitars 6 wisdom and 40 mana?
Does an additional one wisdom (from 195 to 196 at level 52 for me) and 20 mana clearly outweigh 2 strength, 7 fire resistance, 20 hps and the Burn proc in the long run? I'd like to have an excuse to use the no drop tunarian scimitar since it is my souvenir from my first planes raid, but maybe 1 wisdom and 20 mana will eventually be as nothing to my character (perhaps post 200 wisdom)?

In all honesty it would really depending on yer hunting habits. I personally have maxed out 1hb and 2hb by fear kiting Rhino's until I picked up a lumi staff. Part of the reason my 1hs (Our epic is 1hs) isn't maxed is due to the high rt (38) on my runed falchion.
This weapon has a very nice ratio and if you tend to due a lot of swinging it will get yer 1hs up faster so when you get your epic you'll be able to use it.

Also by occasionally tanking you'll also max yer defense out which helps immensly when dealing with summoning mobs. You may last long enough for someone to taunt it off of you or for the cleric to get a heal spell off.

I wouldnt use either of those. Get a prophecy scroll from tower of frozen shadow, 8 wis and 50mana i think, primary only. Its no drop so get a couple friends and get it.

Fastest druid-usable 1hs in the game. Despite the name "Tunarian", druids of Karana can also equip it. =)

Ummm just cause someone doesnt get to raid in the palnes as much as you might doesnt mean they are "retards". I get so sick of peeps like you flaming others when 2 months ago his post would have been 100% correct. Lighten up, CHRIST, it is a GAME and not everyone is able to devote the majority of there time to it as you obviously do.

I just won this item at my last Hate raid. Dropped off a Spite Golem that spawned next to Maestro. You could see him wield the sword. Very nice sword, if only my 1hs was decent.)

I was pretty sure that it was innoruk only, but sence the changes in drops on the planes, i really cant say for sure....Untill then, i will belive it when i see it.

This is mistaken marked as dropped by many creatures, when in fact, its off innoruuk himself.
