FYI: For those that wish to Tribute this, it cannot be done to a regular personal TM (not to the Druid one in SFG anyhow) -- however, it *can* be Tributed to the Guild TM for 1450 ... /shrug

these things are super common, just bought one for 10k on bristle and there were about 9 more for sale.

Got for 7 K on Morell Thule. Drop rate on lots of the new stuff is crazy.
Boyfriend was nice enough to snag one for me for 5k on TT, I love it. :)
What does "Attuneable" mean?

The Attuneable attribute means that the item can be freely traded/sold, until the first time it is equiped, then it "attunes" itself to that user and becomes no drop, perminately.

Also, ATTUNABLE augs become permanently NODROP when they are installed in a piece of equipment.

Nope. Just means that you can longer trade them, they are no-drop just like the ones that drop in LDoN.
Well, there is a trick with the augs. IF you are a jeweler, and have attuned one of the JC improvable OOW augs, you CAN remove the no drop, when you cut the gem, assuming you succeed. Same deal with magnetic armor, if you get the stuff to charge it, and are a smith.
Other than that, once attuned, its no drop.

AFAIK this was changed with the recent patch a couple weeks ago, upgrading them keep them as No Drop. So once equiped, they are yours for good.
