Dropped from a dragorn darkwarrior in wall of slaughter today.
I was tanking in WoS with my lvl 58 warrior last night. Took the guy down and he dropped this. I was 3-boxing my cleric and chanter as well. My wife was there. I don't normally pick up LFGs for the following reason. I took a guy in halfway through the kill...and he won the roll.
I can safely say, I won't take any more LFGs just because I don't like sharing (or losing) loot like this to someone who didn't camp for a long time to get it.
I just hope I can get another one someday. Would be a nice upgrade from what I've got.

I saw this drop 3 times in 5 hours of play at WoS and then not ever again since then(days upon days)...lost all 3 rolls too. I have better luck winning runes it seems
I know you believe you understand what you think I said, but I am not sure you realize that what you thought you heard was not what I meant.

I got lucky and got one of these tonight. There were two or three others in the group that it was a slight upgrade for, but they took pity on me when I linked what I was currently wearing......Crested Spaulders. Yeah, it was just a SLIGHT upgrade lol. I was very grateful when they let me have it even though I rolled a 57 on a random 1-867 or so.....

this drop is in now way a common drop I have been playing in WoS damn near since OoW came out and I have yet to see this thing drop

Have seen this drop once at the North Wall after five hours of play. I won mine off of a trash mob on the South Wall.

Slot: none in allakhazam database. So you cant put it in your shoulder slot. I have the same problem.

Got this last night of a trash Girplan.
Awesome randrop trash drop, im glad they left this through GoD (random drops from trash mobs), kind of like how Seb used to be with the haste belt off the frogs!

Haste belt still drops of frogs in Seb, got one while camping slow hammer for my warrior (never got the hammer though).

This Effect does stack with Dodge +8% mod as the mod is affecting the actual skill level of dodge, while this effect is changing the chance of dodge activating. So, yes they will stack.

It is NOT attuneable, it is plain old no drop.
Dropped from an elite ukun bloodhound in the oprah tunnel (NW tunnel). Wed been killing them non stop for hours, so maybe 1 in 100 ukun kills.

Question does this effect stack with the old % dodge effects. Such ast the 8% dodge aug from LDoN? Does anyone know

dropped off the chimera the other day for our group, seemed like a trash mob, nothing special...necro won roll, i rolled a 5 lmao, 65 pally.....would've put me to about 8.2k raid buffed /sigh, gratz necro lol

Had this drop today from a trash mob in WoS, can't remember if it was a Girplan Geomancer or a Girplan Stonecrafter, just know an ugly pig with wings gave me a nice new set of shoulders. Judging from the above posts it seems to be a rare/random drop in the zone from various trash mobs, not gonna complain tho, was a nice upgrade to my Cloak of Faith.

We had this drop off of an elite ukun deathfang(lvl 67 trash mob) in WoS seems to be a a random trash drop, very very nice reward for an easy kill.
