I just won this at an American idol spoof GM event in east freeport less than 15 minutes ago
I placed third with an incomplete fable(story) of my character "______" that I wrote up in the 45 minutes given to prepare
Second was a rapper by the name of "Justin Timberlake, The Barbarian" (Kilenn)
First place was a stand up comedy act by Stelley
Note:
I come from Morell-Thule but the server is currently The Nameless due to mergers
Also if I can find a way to give logs with out spaming the forums I'll provide text given

as the patch of today... it seems that this item changed, effect now show as "percussion resonance 8" sorry but couldnt find it on lucy nor here.

uh, even if it does have good stats for casters, i dont think any of you need the 18 Percussion. sucha bard item.

Im gonna hate seeing what this sells for, but I equipped this right away, nice upgrade from my Eye of the Owlbear.
I rarely come across an upgrade when grouping, let alone win, so this made me a very happy camper.
Oh, btw... This dropped, 1 time in aprox, 10 - 12 kills, not sure of the rarity. Was my 1st hunt in WoS...

Silly, Orocular, sure it should be bard-only! Because mana regen means so much to a bard, 1 mana regen will Soooo make a difference! Because bard melee DPS is so uber! Maybe because WIS is so very important to bards! /giggle
While this is a good item for bards, it's a good for just about anyone. I'm sure if you ask warriors, they would likely prefer to have Less items shared with bards. =p A nice all-around item, if you will. Neat little range item that's tradeable until equipped.

Actually, mana regen is very important for bards, since they do not get any benefit from either KEI or their own mana song. So, the ONLY way to up their mana regen is through worn items. If you've ever seen a bard fade pull, you'd want them to be full mana as much as possible!
bards cant get mana from meditation, or buffs. 1 FT doubles their mana regen, it is needed to fade which costs 900 mana or 90minutes without FT.
If it was... it would only be worth about 10k by now. Too bad so sad that you have to share with others.

After I equip an Attunable Item, it then says NO DROP but it still says Attunable.. I thought the Attunable would be replaced by the NO DROP. Does thie mean I can still do something to this to enhance it?
ummm you can add an augment to it to enhance it, thats about it. the Attuneable staying on there would be to indicate that it wasnt ALWAYS nodrop (for those nosey people inspecting you)

Well every item has this question sooooo. What's it look like once equiped?
It looks like a red pulsating ball on your fist, it's ranged tho so if you attack you primary secondary items will show and it will be unseen.

djmayo, sorry buddy but it don't work like that. Once item has been "attuned" to a toon it becomes no drop and nothing one can do about it. Prior to that "attuning" is it saleable/tradeable but once attuned, its done, no distiller, nothing else can change its no drop condition (not that I really care, this 2hs rules.)
Have had EoE for about a month and it rocks. Would like BoD next but 2hs is my specialty so Edge is the way to go for now.

if i'm not mistaken for cleric 1.5 there is a way to take the no-drop from attuneable items(need it for 1.5 any way)

It means its tradeable untill you equip it, then once u equip it, it becomes No Drop ...

In ldon I can both add augs and take out augs with a distiller. Thus making it a no-drop/drop item. Can these items be used same manner?
