Ruins of KunarkI turned in the Chokadai scale from Chardok in to War Baron Eator. He kept it and gave me nothing in return, i.e., no Mark of Clarity. Still waiting to hear from the GMs. I had forgotten to turn in the tome with it. Remarkably, I turned the tome in the NEXT DAY and got my Mark of Clarity.
To get the Chokadai scale I went to Chardok buffed, 4200hp. I invised and ran, with sow, up to the rampart where the Di'Zok Sergeant stands and was not aggroed by anything. I could not pick up the ground spawn, Chokadai scale, so I got behind the Sergeant and started sneaking and still could not pick up the Chokadai scale. I then aggroed the Sergeant, picked up the scale, jumped over the rail and ran to the zone out. Piece of cake. I tried fighting my way in to where the Sergeant is but the mobs have too many hp and aggro from too far.
