I got a question, friend quit eq i got his toon, he said he was texvu flagged, but never got KT flag, never did tipt. He was raided in, and he has 1 sliver of the high temple, and 1 fragment of the high temple, and he has cipher of txevu. i went to KT stone and hailed npc at stone to travel to qvic, it said i didnt meet requirements to enter, i thought u only had to have the 2 items to enter qvic, but i guess i was wrong or bug. Also i was wondering if the reason was cause hes not KT flagged? Thanks for the help
Well, not sure why he would have the silver and the fragment if he already had the cipher. Must have hailed/looted the other pieces while backflagging just for fun.
However, you will not be able to enter KT or Yxtta untill you have completed tipt. This is un-needed for GoD progression, but it is needed if you wish to enter those two zones un-gimped. If flagged, you can bypass these two zones by talking to the guy standing next to the KT stone in Natimbi by saying "wish to travel". He will port you to Qvic as long as you have the first 2 high temple pieces and have turned in the silver to Tublik in KT (he hands it back to you). From Qvic, you can travel to Txevu.
I know it works fine. I still don't have that stupid tipt flag, but I'm fully flagged for Qvic and Txevu.

I have 2 Slivers of the High Temple (and the Fragment). I have access to Qvic. When I get the Splinter from Noqufiel, how do I know which Sliver to give the guy on the boat?

did everthing u just said had all 3 peices but i didnt zone back into kt to get that message instead i went to abysmal and got cypher of txvu but !!!! now i cant get into qvic anyone know if there is somthing else u need to do ..was told u just need 2 out of the 3 peices to zone in? think im screwed.
Petition. A couple posters on EQLive have gotten a GM to uncombine the Cipher of Txevu, into its 3 parts, so they could get the Qvic flag.

Get the Fragment and Sliver and hail the dwarf Tublik something.. guy outside of Yxxta zoneline. Hes surrounded by mobs but they roam so just wait till its clear. The only thing close to you at the time of handing in JUST THE SLIVER (which he gives this back right away) is the ra'tuk guy. Its easy. Then eventually get the Inktuta piece from Noqufiel and hand all 3 in to the guy in Abysmal Sea for the Cipher (access to txevu). Hope this helps.

do the hand in, zone out of KT. Then zone back in, you will see a tex "the magical barrier the protects qvic softens" . The zone out of KT use madorona and "wish to travel" nd gratz you are in qvic flagged
