So how come this Arrow doesn't work with endless quiver?
It does, but spells that use it as a reagent still consume it, as it doesn't even have to be in the ammo slot, just the inventory to cast the spell. You should be using a better arrow in the ammo slot if you have Endless Quiver AA. There are many much better arrows that aren't very expensive in the bazaar.

These arrows are required reagents for the Ranger's Level 75 through 85 Heart based spells. Spells say they require 50x of them, and uses one per cast. The spell requirements are already documented in the Allakhazam spell listings, just not cross-referenced here as reagent requirements.

Actually you don't need 50x of these, what u need is the one with range 50, not the other 2 kinds of arrows with same name. Each cast takes one arrow as agent despite the endless quiver aa.
