we killed this mob and there was only 1 bard there. spent only 150 dkp to get it, is an awesome graphic.

Your post doesn't make sense to me at all. Why would DKP not be charged, just because only one person can use it?

some guilds work that way......

Wrong analyse ...

A "casual" player will not be at all raids, and a "hardore" player will be.

Your best player will see this item drops many times, juste cause he will always be on raid. Juste because he will always be up on it, he will have it.
Your casual player will see it one time, the only chance for him to get it ...
Forget to give to the "neediest" this time and this item will decay or make a "+10hp nice look collector item" on a toon a next time.
If you are farming items, the good choice is "neediest first". And Tacvi is a farming zone. Like Time.

wrong on you!

there will always be someone there who it's a bigger upgrade for someone than the person at every raid...it's simple numbers.

I stand firmly by my analysis. Take the perfect example of the Armguards of Insidious Corruption. Those are basically for any plate class but if a guild is raiding Tacvi regularly, your best (dependable) tanks will never ever loot them if your guild is on 'Neediest' rules. There will Always ALWAYS be some plate class rare-raid-attender who has scrappy arms who 'Needs' it more than your top plate class ppl.

I have seen this over and over and NO guild that has ever done loot this way has ever survived unless its a bunch of soloers who occasionally get together and have to recruit ppl to help from POK or /general to get someone their 1.5. Note that the 1.5 cant go to the 'neediest' person, it goes to the person who is working for it.

Your comment about the ROSN will only be true if you hit that Zun so often that finally your best bard will get his ROSN LAST! Every other bard will have his before him. Even ppl's alt bards will all have theirs first because they will always be 'needier' than the best bard in the guild.

Read up on the patch message for the OoW release Drawnir. . I'm not exactly sure how to do it myself, but I do know that you can change the voice command recordings. i.e., putting in your own messages in place of the origional ones. I dont have a mic, but am going to buy one just for this purpose :)

Well i dont know if your being sarcastic or not, but what Drawnir means is that hes surprised that this weapon does not have a Singing skill, like Songblade of the Eternal.
