Does this effect stack with the DS clicky from Cloak of Retribution from CT in Time?
Yes, this clikcy Damage Shield does stack with Vengeful Guard which is the DS on Cloak of Retribution. It also stacks with Bramblecoat. It also stacks with the druid DS, Nettle Shield. It should also stack with mage DS seeing how druid and mage do not stack with each other, because they are on the same spell line type.

This item has some cool shoulder graphics on top of the shoulders... different then other plate shoulders. Adds a bit of character to your stuff

Whispering Amice has been debunked. These, as of now, are the best warrior shoulder items in the game. Then again, they are probably the best for about everybody that can use them. :P
