Which zone are we talking about ?????
This is found easily by getting on the shuttle for boat and jumping off the East end. When you swim down you will see a Sand Shark gaurding the area. Everytime I kill him I get at least 3 shark skins and underneath him you will see a bag (which was always there, not dropped). And it is the Pearl of Odus.
actually, there are three sand shark spawns in the water around there. and each has a pearl benewath him
