Blessing of the Pious is the actual focus, 40% to heals, not 25% as listed.

I did not play EQ way back in the day when AoW was consider THE mob to take down , or a Vindi chestplate was one of the best in the game. But i can imagine for those who did, and seeing loot like this is just craziee. I started playing right when PoP came out , and seeing links from PoEarth was just ungodly stuff. Now a bracer like this , compared to Ep gear ....wow. What a leap.
An additional 255 in HP? 55 ac? 4 modifiers of regen/shielding/strikethrough/and venegence? All in a bracer. I cannot imagine what OOW brings.

320 HP 100 AC 6 Modifier bracers is what mudification brings.
