Yes, but given the ring's true effect, this should rightfully go to a priest class, (Cleric, Shaman, Druid).

alot of GoD gear has 2 types of effects on 1 item, and lets multiple classes wear, in most case is all/all.

I think it is great, less likely loot will rott.

So yes 1 effect would rock for priest, 1 effect would rock for warrior .. but niether priest nor warrior will use both effects.

Sounds like it a hybrid would benefit most from this bad boy. Probably pally since they have some good healing spells, but I think I would let it go to a ranger because rangers rock!!

Class arguments are pointless in GoD. How many GoD drops don't have a focus of some sort on them. If you did loot based on the old class limitations your pure melees would get nothing 99% of the time.

increases proc rates of weapons. base proc rate is 100, and equates to 2 proc's per minute, over time. various weapons have different bases, the summoned cleric hammers are a good example. they're something like 650 as a base, if I remember right. They proc about 13 times/minute. Less dramatic differences are the Bloodfrenzy and Darkblade of the Warlord, warrior weapons. The have base proc rates of 130 or 160 or something, I really don't remember.

So that's what Combat Effects +s do, add to that base and make weapons 'go off' more. It's an AMAZING modifier for warrior gear, because of how it boosts their agro generation over time. It's also quite a RARE mod, do a search :P

If you use the Search, under Equipment, with the Additional Bonuses : Combat Effects as your only filter, it brings up maybe a dozen items, at this date, and all have the same effect.
