If you give spider silks to Vahlara in the tutorial zone she will give you this sweet chest piece. There is a whole set of quest armor she will give you, but there doesnt seem to be any wrists.

Me and my buddy quested this stuff the other night, and got it all in a single night! Watch out for the spider tamer though he will tear you up! If youre going to take on the spider tamer you need a group with a tank like a paladin and a healer. He will drop a piece of metal you can use for a totally sweet upgrade on your sword. Just talk to absor about it.
