try clicking on the link Invigorate above, you will see a list of items that also have this effect and among those items there are a couple of rogue usable items.

There are rogue *clickable* invigorate items, but none with *procced* invigorate.

That wasn't out at the time they posted, but yea that is another.
The only Invigorate proc'ing I am aware of for rogues, but don't forget Lifetap weapons that heal you for the same as well as damage the mob.
