I can confirm the Loc -80 -601. You can see the word in the front of the two door in direktion to VS room.

Inside the room where people will kill Venril Sathir often, face east on the lower level (that is, after you drop down and have to gate out, unless you're a rogue. You'll see two doorways, which both lead to the same place, and the words are on the floor between those two.
The loc is accurate, but I can't really enjoy working with them.

Loc -80, -601 looks like a rolled up scroll. blends in with the floor
Any idea on spawn time on this item or exact location withing Venril Sathir's room? I can't seem to find it and have been there a few times.

Not sure on exact time but I grabbed mine with a main toon, and ran a bot there about 30-40 mins later and words were back on the ground. Hope that helps.
