Got one in The Rathe Mountains from a lizardman scout.

this is used for the ogre SK quests to get the greenblood shadowknight tunic, very nice and if you know where you can get it at about lvl 4, it is 6AC +1int and +1some sv, i think disease.not sure if it is a bad inst. i never made a gay bard before...for obvios reasons. LOL

As far as I could tell. They will not work for a Bard as a instrument.
