Sorry - never checked back here. Drops from a mastruq warfiend in Ferubi. Was workin' my cleric's epic and found it. Log is funny, faction before all the blows land, but it's legit.

Note: I spent a good 5 or 6 Saturdays quad-boxing in Ferubi and according to my logs, that's the only one I ever came across. (I looked it up when it dropped to see what it was for).
I still don't have the map piece, so I'll post if I find more.
