My lil' froggie shaman killed burly kobolds for hours without 1 single kobold hide dropping. Then he popped over into Steamfont, laid waste to dozens of kobolds, STILL no hide drops. THEN he pops over to Erudin zone, kills 5 kobolds, loots two hides and done!....go to the Erudin newbie zone for the hides.

Diktan is absolutely correct. The best place to find the kobold hides are in Toxxulia Forrest. Got both hides in about 5 minutes.
This item is spelled wrong - should be "KobOld Hide," not "KobAld Hide." Thanks!
