I am a level 15 wizard and didnt know i needed the kobold necklace I deleted it how can I get one in POK as you cant drop them or exchange them please HELPPPP

The only thing you needed it for was the beginner task in Gloomingdeep (pre-revamp); afaik there is no other use past the tutorial (which you leave at lvl 10/11)...
What exactly do you need the kobold necklace for at lvl 15??
No longer required as quest since the last tutorial revamp.
Sold on vendor in tutorial. As part of the tutorial you have to purchase this item. Yes, it is a good light source too.

no it is not traded in you buy it and keep it or delete it
