If you are using this weapon and enjoy the healing proc, this makes it even better. Go to the DoN camp in lavastrom and get any of the weapon augs that proc a "vampire" type effect. Now you have your KB going off, plus a DD proc that heals you for a small amount. Not very pally like but every bit helps!

Say i buy the item from the Nro adv camp(cant recall the name) that adds the heated blade proc, or any proc for that matter...does the wep chose to proc one or the other, or do both have seperate proc timers/chances whatever. Just wondering thanks

I don't know what you mean by "overrides the other" since this is a self heal and the augment is a DD.

They both can not proc on the same hit if KB procs the DD isn't even checked. At least thats what I belive he meant.
I've never heard this before, although thinking about it I've never seen two procs succeed on the same hit. Is there anybody that can corroborate this?

I can say i have seen 2 procs on the same hit. Not with this weapon, i just picked it up off the named in Qini (or however you spell it) OOW zone. Anyway, i have a sword, it has a 200 hp dd actually on the sword, then i have a life sap 1 aug on it too, i have seen both go off on one hit, but it is very rare. My question is...... do procs actually slow down your actual mele dps rate? If your stopping to do a proc, which maybe instead of could of been a slash for 400? just a thought.
You don't miss an attack round because this goes off. Even if the animation that is played for your character were a 30 second Can-Can chorus line dance, you would still continue to see numbers flying through chat as you did dmg to the target.

With the ghoulbane and IoN (pally undead proc to weapons) I have had both go off, however it is usually on a double hit and it is rare, normally its one, then a moment later, the other.

There's just one thing I don't understand.. what is the yellow message about every time I zone into Everfrost with this thing? Can't remember the exact text but the weapon hums in everfrost, and the centre of the weapons attraction is at the fork of the river. Have hailed everyone at the LDoN camp and got nada. Anyone know?

Do you have your epic already? My boyfriend plays a 65sk. He equipped the weapon, zoned into Everfrost and did not receive a message. We were wondering if perhaps the *bug* was fixed or if he didn't receive the message b/c he doesn't have his epic.

The word on the EQLive forums is that this is a bug. Some people asked whether this message was related to the 1.5 and 2.0 Epics, and received a wink in return. Draw your own conclusions.

The pc needs to be changed to 100k, so when it is at 50k people do not snivel about pc. This item has the highest proc rate in the game for an item with this effect that is droppable. If you have any issues with this proc rate you need to get more Dex.

That's just your perception.
According to Lucy, the procratemod of all the Knight's Blessing weapons is 0, so this, like every other weapon with a proc and no proc rate modifier, has a chance to proc twice every minute.
That's why the Cleric hammers proc so much - they are coded to proc more. (procratemod 530, not sure if that's percentage or straight multiplier)

Saw this in bazaar the other day, never seen it before so i decided to look it up, but i couldnt find it. Anway i bought it for 35k on Tallon Zek, and it owns, i can crit up to 280 with it, wish it would proc a little more but its great to tank with

Dedgerex spawned about 5 times in the arena tonight on the east side, dropped this hammer twice. She's very easy for a named, conned blue to me at 65 and didn't seem any tougher than the other mobs. I think she snares.
