After doing the Raw Refinement there is still no way to do it via Alchemy in a medicine bag.

mh.. not exactly, Shaman, lvl52, 210 in Alchemy gets the message:
"You lack the knowledge to work with this material"
So there is a key missing. I assume that will be the "Working with God Raw Materials" Quests in Abysmal Sea

Just for those coming across...modern day Spell Research is one thing.
Do the newbie quest good til 54 skill then u can refine this urself - 1 sludge in medicine or folded medicine bag u get 1 filtered
