This is a great item for several reasons. It gives a caster more options for changing his/her gear around. The +10 to 3 stats gives the caster a chance to free up a ring or earring slot for different items other than stat items. I know for myself it will give me the opportunity to free up my ring slots for resists instead of INT items. Everyone knows that resists are more crucial to the high end game. This item has some great resists that can add to many other items (diamond level resists btw). I am an enchanter and am looking forward to this item. I know by the time you are 55 you will have maxed out your int/wis/cha but have you maxed out your resists? no... most likely not. This item gives you the chance to juggle your equipment around for better resists or other things.

I know some of you reading this post will whine about this item saying things like "This item blows! It is not the item I want... " blah blah blah etc etc... Oh booo hoooo... Yeah I know it is found in the Sleepers Tomb where you are expecting an item that can only be found in a twinks dream. Yeah I know it is not uber, but does EVERY item that drops in a 55+ level area have to be godlike? I can see the whining now. I speak for everyone reading posts, shuddup on the whining.. we do not want to hear it. Good job VI!

Looks like about 40 other caster items. I wish VI was a little more creative with item creation for casters.
