The flask does nothing for you other than waste space in your inventory.
Rumor has it, that if you have this in your inventory and run out of water, it will say you are low on liquid. But, you will not suffer the effects of thirst nor will you ever go thirsty. I'm testing this theory now. I will repost on this when I find out.
I was in HHK buying spells while there was a raid going on. Guards being killed all over the place and looted. The looters all left the flasks so I picked up a few. Could only get 6cp each from my hometoen merchants for them.

This is looted off HHK guards ad Highkeep Flask not Highpass flask. Perhaps there is a difference.
I foraged one of these flasks in G'Fay of all places! I've never seen another so I held on to it. But I would really like to know what quest or task this thing is used in! It's listed as "Used in Quests", but I sure haven't figured out which one.

My ranger foraged one while in wr. I would like to know what used for too.

1) these are non-stackable.
2) I watched a rogue take out several guards in Highkeep itself. This was on each one. It might be a stardard army issue from Highkeep. Otherwise, its useless.

Anyone have Any idea on this one? I pickpocketed it from a guard in High Keep, anyone??

Looks like a Flask of Water. Any clues on which quests need it? I was given it by the knight in East Karanas after paying 5gp for armor cleaning.
