question is does regent conserve affect this?
if it dosn't dunno how good this item is really sure nice resists mana for range slot but it that worth using a dot EVERY time /shrug i guess if guild payin for it...to bad also has 7 sec casting time i didn't bid on it but gratz my fellow wizzy

Effect stacks with epic, it still uses a Peridot to cast. it does NOT use mana.

You need so much more than a rogue with 250 lockpick.... I myself have never seen the inside of VT, and I imagine it will still be quite some time before I do. The quest for the VT key is, to put it mildly, insane. I don't have all the details but you need to pick up 10 lucid shards from various places around Luclin, outfit your whole guild with shissar bane weapons and kill Emperor Ssra, and probably a host of other things I don't even know about. I'm told that VT is about equivalent to a tier 3 PoP zone, but as I haven't been to either VT or a tier 3 PoP zone, this is just hearsay. Good luck gettin in Bapalu.

yes spellshield stacks with wizard epic and all other runes.. as it only absorbs magic (i.e nuke damage)very usefull to cast on clerics and other people that will be using modrods on raids
Whoa, you mean that Verrant put something in Vex Thal that isnt a minimal upgrade over loot from NTOV, even though VT is 1000 times harder to get inside in the first place.

damn. a range wand with 25AC, 15INT, 150 mana, 100HPs, AND 15 to all svs = something not many people will ever see. whoever has this, congo rats
