Anywhere from 0 to 2 drops of Power Cell B from the ghosts in one instance is typical. One time I got 3. Tipt does not respawn, but it's easy to restart it.

been going back to tipt recently after already having flag to complete my set of these cells. After 10 runs through have not seen a single cell B drop - seen all the rest each time. Anyone able to confirm they have seen it drop very recently?
I heard today from another player it dropped once in his last 5 Tipt runs. Made 4 runs today. We had every time the "A" cell (from the "mom" at the Cragbeast trap) and Cells C to E once (we made one complete run and aborted the others after the ghosts). No B cell from ghosts, even not from the quest NPC.
Will try to set off a petition or a request to a GM or Dev; there must be something wrong I believe.
