Anybody that is at the level you need to be to get this and needs strength probably already has the max.
No STR or AGI on it which equipment snobs would point out means that it is not a tank item, but the point is well made that if you are doing this type of raid, you probably have most all your necessary stats maxed so who cares!? The modifiers alone make this item desirable so unless you are in the ranks of uberest of the uber, you would probably want this in your ear.
At this level tanks don't need agi or str....they are just worried about HP....
True but can never have max hp. 245 HP, 40% haste, and the other things it enhances is pretty darn nice for an earring.
