Killed 16 carrion ghouls in unreast, dropped 2 times.
I don't know how common this is in truth, but I killed only two Carrion Ghouls tonight and one of them dropped it.

the ghoul carrion drops off of ghouls in the state of unrest, i think it is an uncommon drop not a common drop, as i saw only 2 out of about 20 ghouls my guild killed during our raid

These obviously dont drop of the normal ghouls, i killed a ton of those and didnt get it. Anyone able to tell me which MoB it is that drops this common loot? That would be great
It drops off of... (are you ready for this?) CARRION GHOULS. Go to Unrest you would likely be able to loot this laying around easy enough.

hehe common must mean you spend all night in a dungeon and never see it once,ill be back tommorow
