LOl, you are debating over what dot class should get it. Since it has dodge II and all all on it, I would bet my left nut this will go to a warrior if it drops for us. The shoulder piece with discordant disease has already dropped twice and both went to warriors.

I don't think that people realize how few focus items shamies/necros get. It is a well thought out recognition by verant. Once the shamies/necros are outfitted in your guild then of course this items should be farmed for everyone who wants it! Not to mention that the improved dot damage will make pvp interesting. And let's not forget improved dodging II! WOOT! Now THAT is nice!

Narlina, no one else HAS decent dots at high end except Shammies and necros. Sorry, but druid, SK, BL and chanter dots are laughable in comparison. Until all your shammies and necros have the items with focus to fire, poison and disease, the rest can forget it. Besides, there are a truckload of focus items for instant nukes, which druids DO have. Nukes based on cold, fire, and magic are amply catered for on other items and you're welcome to them.
Necros aren't real nukers compared to wizzies and mages and even druids, who get decent cold and fire based nukes. To date we have only Neurotoxin, which is a poison based nuke, and our magic based lifetap, so don't begrudge us the focus effects on the REAL dots in game, namely Funeral Pyre/Midnight Fire, Horror, Dark Plague, Blood of Thule, and the shammies with their Bane and Blood of Saryrn line. Those spells are poison/disease/curse and until recently they were largely ignored.
Personally I can't wait to get some of these Discordant items. There are going to be some mobs hurting overtime MAJOR league with these.

wow if this is seen as worthless cloth I'd love to see the stats on something that's got some value lol
