Korafax by far for me was the best zone. Spent hours in GoD zones and got 1. Spent a hour or less and got 5 more in Korafax in room where Hexxt Shadowslayer spawns.
from a Ra`Tuk Rabidfury. If you look around, there are areas which always spawn Ra`Tuks. Usually between temples is the hot spot. Kill a few here, invis up, go to another spot, and so on till you get back to where you started. If you know how to get around in KT, it isn't too bad to hunt there.
I just farmed a couple of these for my druid and after 6+ hrs and probably 100+ Ra'Tuks (yes the screambringers) he finally got his two. I got one in Barindu after about 30 or so kills then didnt get the next until after another 70 or so, and that one dropped in Riwwi. The drop rates in Tipt, Vxed and Ferubi might be better but I found the best concentration of Ra'Tuks in Riwwi.
