with this armour do i have to do the smithing my self or can i get it done by some one else as my smithing isn`t that high yet

The actual armor combine must be done by you. However, it is zero trivial, and no fail. The same is true for the combine that turns the muramite chain itno an infused muramite chain. The meldstone to make muramite chain combine can be done by anyone, since the muramite chain is not no drop.
