does the shielding +4% mean that they take less dmg of some kind, cause i thought Raex Chestplate had it and it has shielding mod, and i thought it added to the time on /shield or some shiz liek that, any info would be appreciated thanks =)

shielding reduces the amount of damage you take in melee combat....They're the same effects as time armor has (though DoT Shielding was added with GoD too that I noticed). Roughly shielding +4% should reduce every melee hit you take by 4%
