Got it on 7/25/23 on Mischief. Can now SoW my pet
Got it on 5th run, so it certainly still drops.
Got it again on 11/12/2020, on 3rd run-thru. Very nice item. On FV I'm surprised I don't see it offered in the Bazaar, since it's tradeable. The raid is on a 4-day timer and requires a group of 6 but otherwise it's trivial for high level toon. The advantage of this is quick cast of a run buff on low level alts and PLees, since my Flight of Eagles AA can't land on them. And true to form as a druid, and a halfling, I'm lazy. Never load a spell when you can click a clicky!

This just dropped for me on 7/31/10. Took me about 10 or so times of soloing/duoing the raid with friends before it dropped for me. The raid isnt too bad, you can generally just blow through it quickly if you've got some DPS. I did solo it as an 85 necro with 5k+ AAs a few times, just takes a bit longer. You do need a minimum of 6 players to request the raid (mercs don't count).
The cloak is cool as you can cast SoW on others too, not just yourself. I'm sure it's no faster than Run5 but it sure is fun to have if you're a clicky fan like I am.

does this still drop? did it a couple times and got crap loots. Oh well, will continue to clear it!
