He's tricky to do solo as he always has two Viscous Hynids as pets. First time I did him, I separated out his pets with the plan to kill them separately and then do him alone. Unfortunately, he'll summon the pets anew when he's aggro'd. What I did was snare park the pets well away from him first, then you can get him alone easily.
