While exploring / leveling in Mistmoore tonight, I looted about a dozen of these and discovered that you can drink them (unsure if you always could or not)! They are a potent potable, and so, with my low alcohol tolerance I got obliterated with the first drink!
She is located at about -65, +124, - 192, in the GARDEN of Castle Mistmore.

Found this mob standing around the old undead piller do north east of Mistmore entrance. Dropped the blood spirits no problem.

Picked up one of these today in Mistmoore Castle. Bottle of blood spirits is a no drop item. I'd give ya this one if I could :)

I'm trying to see what I need to do myself for the rogue redemption quest and what I can farm out... Anyone know if this is a Lore Item or No Drop? Thanks.
