Yes ....I am a 55 sk and when doing LDoN I preffer to have a bard or monk pull. When they get back with the mob I hit em with a darkness line spell. At this point if I am the main tank I have wonderfull aggro, or if we have a warrior he can taunt off me and he now has wonderfull aggro. Yes this works on raids as well

I can imagine a plethora of uses for this spell. One that I don't know would work would be to have an SK pull with this then have a warrior AE taunt on incoming and start meleeing. Has anyone tried that tactic on, say, a raid mob, and if so, did it work?

no, but that tactic does wonders for an Agnarr raid when you have a ranger or druid kiting Agnarr while the rest of the raid meds. They can cast Flame Lick a good 2 or 3 times, and then its just a simple matter of AE taunt and BAM! Instant warrior agro for the entire fight.
