So who do you sell this back to so you can upgrade? I tried selling it to the same guy and he wont buy it back. I have 129 cha.

In Gunthak, where you purchased the drog, there are 4 little guys standing next to the person selling the drogs. Hail them to find out what color drog they will buy back.

Also, someone else was posting about hailing the NPCs that you buy the Drogmoors from, and noticed a good quote.
