Just had 2 of these drop in Steamfont near the Lesser Faydark zone (Oct 27 2004)
Since it's not level restricted it's a very nice shield. Graphic is neat, shaped like a Tacticians Bulwark but with a slightly tarnished look with a band of gunmetal grey steel around the edges.
It sure looks good on the gnome I gave it too and with a name like "Clockwork", you know it was just MADE for shorties ... err gnomes.
Also it seems the same loot as the 5th anniversary is dropping all over the same zones as before.
So get out there and make a newbie happy!!
