PH to Lord raito is simply dreadful(just like the regular). If you want it, you might get lucky and get him in a few spawns, or you might have to wait HOURS. Good news is, since only usable by one class, its not that popular. You walk in, the camp is usually open.

65 enchanter here. My slow took hold after a tash. My summoned pet with haste, umbra and night's terror soloed him with me blasting in the background. Owned him and my little paladin is happy =)
I as a 52 Beastlord solo took this guy down to about 50% before my own death. He's TOUGH. Hit commonly in the 200's with my admitedly weak AC.
Resists all slows, roots, snares and bard songs.
Recommend duo-ing him if you want it.

He hits for around 200 to 300hp. Unrootable. Couldnt do it alone with my 57 Druid, kept interupting casts, so called in for back up. 65 Monk and 65(Tankin) Cleric took him out np. Nice upgrade over original.

this sword is real good against undead with this and instrument of nife up i proc alot. the fabled shin lord has less than 9k hp as sk hted him for 9k and he went down. also he dropped both the fabled and normal version of ghoulbane.
