hmmm...reward....

I don't know....this just doesn't seem like it is worth getting from a level 65 mob.

It's like an adamantite club in ratio, but is way too heavy to use for a monk unless that monk is very light weight travelling.

The reward is appropriate for the lvl and class intended its a 15 dmg 25 delay 1hb weapon with 10 str and 15 dex....dex is the key for a monk (use it on mine still, sometimes, lvl 53)...and with the slot avail for a weapon aug...also mob conned light blue to a 65 paly 3 years ago when i looted it...just some fyi hits not too hard, summons, and ya have to kill whole zone , it seems to get it to spawn.../salute

all the fabled are like that, hits from 700-1400 thousands of HP. ...ect.

Under con he is but I was able to take him out with my 65 bst :) Didn't drop anything good ;/

I sure hope Flippy Darkpaw isn't like that.

Well, maybe I do. Would be fun to watch him waste a few guards and unsuspecting newbs.

Word of warning. The Fabled Terrorantula is a massive undercon. I was hunting in South Ro last night when the Fabled Terrorantual popped. He conned green to me (level 65) and light blue to a level 52.

I'd killed the regular Terrorantula solo before at level 60 so I thought - no sweat!

WRONG! This mob is a massive undercon. Took me down to 12% before I got to the zone. He was only down to 75%. He summons also. Got some guildies together to take him on but he despawned before I could pull him again.

Takes about 2 hours of killing spiders in the sandy area of South Ro to spawn him.

Didn't seem too hard to me. I was passin through sro today, doin firework staff quest, saw this guy up. Hasted myself, rest were just self buffs. He agroed, hit for about 350-450 max I think. Whipped out Super HT, dropped him to about 25% from 99%. He ran at 20%, was Full health and half mana by end of fight. Dropped a bunch of silk, a gargantuan leg, and the leg with the weapon stats...

Thats because none of the fabled mobs levels have changed. They're just buffed to the nuts

actually, they all should con even to 65.

now that is...they have supposedly fixed that.

Some of the fabled are higher than 65 (Lord Skarlon in Sol B cons red to a 65), some are lower, depending on difficulty. This guy does not con even to a lvl 65 even after the undercon fix, and can be killed relatively easily if you are careful. Duoed him without any problem with my 65 shammy and 65 ranger, but I know that the shammy at least could have taken the mob alone.

Lower lvl chars may need a bigger group, but I think a simple team up of a high lvl melee and healer should do well. Good luck out there. :)
