I am a bst on Tunare who can make my own component, and I have alts to make all the other components. If you need them, I will make them on a case by case basis. Send Kikyn a /tell!

Sorry, cant help you on VS, but if youre ever in Tarew Mare or any others there need parts, Ive got a warrior and shammy who can make the parts. Ive also got a bst, but unfortunately tailoring not high enough to make parts consistently.
As for making the other class parts, that would be a no... Part of each class's combine is obtained from their respective guilds, and they wont talk to those of other classes. It takes a bit of time, but you can always do what I did, make one of each class, level them through the quests, and make your own parts.

ACK! im on vs and it seems that no one actually DOES these quests! i have my lashings, and a kindly shaman made me the sealant, and his bard friend got him some claw sleeves which he gave to me, but i cant for the life of me get the poison or blades! can someone tell me if its possible to do the rogue or warrior part on a beastlord somehow? please help, my lashings are starting to decay!

These also drop off of Grimling Fishermen who are up when the Grimlings control the water area. The rags are for the Beastlord part of the Sonic Wolf Bane Quest.
